Ensuring no 19-26 year olds miss meals in the Greater Boston area.

Boston University's Innovate@BU has partnered with the YMCA of Greater Boston and other Boston-based leading organizations to host a challenge focused on addressing food insecurity for individuals aged 19-26 in the Spring of 2022. Through this challenge, we hope to raise awareness about food insecurity in college and college-aged students, whether on BU’s campus or across the Greater Boston community; as well as support ideas that can be deployed and lead to lasting impact on this wicked problem.

We are seeking ideas that ensure all 19-26 year olds living in the Greater Boston area are food secure and have the food they need to thrive.

The Campus Hunger Challenge is a multi-stage competition and is open to current BU students and alumni. We welcome innovative ideas from all fields of study and experience.
